Customer service is awesome!

I recently ordered a soothie for my one year old and it had a hole in the leg. I emailed customer service and within the hour I had a reply back and they sent me a new soothie along with an extra gift that came within a few days! My daughter loves her stuffed animal and I was super impressed with the quick response. We will order again and I recommend this product to other parents.
